Credentials -

All of our massage therapists are licensed/certified through The Missouri State Board of Therapeutic Massage, The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and are members in good standing with The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and/or The Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). Our Esthetician is Licensed and certified through the Missouri State Board of Cosmetology.
Laurie Knowlton, Zen3 owner, LMT, AMTA, NCTMB -

Laurie is dedicated to providing her clients first class service in this calm and relaxing environment. That is why she founded Zen3 and aligned herself with the best bodywork therapists in the field. Her extensive skills in Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Hydrotherapy, Orthopedic Assessment, Active Isolated Stretching, Thai Massage, Pre-Natal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage allow her to customize each therapy session to meet the individual needs of her clients.
She also provides On-Site Chair Massage for several businesses and events in the Springfield area.

  Steven Penn, LMT, ABMP, NCTMB -

Steven is committed to providing the utmost in relaxation and therapeutic massage. His skills in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage allow him to customize each massage and provide individualized service for each client.
Steven also provides on-site chair/table massage.
  Jeremy Goehring, LMT, AMTA, NCTM -

Jeremy wishes to enhance the health and wellness of his clients through the use of massage therapy. He believes in the healing and restorative powers of relaxation and stress management to aid the body, mind, and spirit in returning to a natural state of balance. Jeremy provides a thoroughly relaxing experience with his skills in Swedish massage. He is interested in other forms of bodywork, especially those that focus on the body's natural energy field, and seeks to learn more about reflexology, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Chinese five-element, Ayurveda, flower essences, and Tibetan fire therapy. Jeremy also provides on-site chair/table massage.

 
Josie Stahl, LMT, AMTA, NCTM -

For Josie, holistic health has always been a huge part of her life, and she personally experienced the amazing healing benefits of massage therapy after a car accident. In April 2009, she completed the 900 hr massage program at PMTC specializing in neuromuscular therapy. Her continuing education focus is on Quantum Touch® and Thai yoga massage. She executes each massage with compassion, focused on providing the best experience possible for her clients.
 
Kara Bryant, LMT,AMTA,NCTM -

Kara has always had a true urge to care for people, and it is her genuine desire to help people realize the importance of stress management for health and well-being. She is a graduate of Professional Massage Training Center, specializing in Precision Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Swedish massage. She is very excited to build and expand upon what she has learned. She feels very blessed for the opportunity Zen3 has given her.
 
Lindsey D. Smillie, LMT, AMTA, NCTM -

Lindsey's passion is to bring peace of mind , body and soul to those seeking balance and wellness. She tailors every session to best serve each individual using meditative and restorative massage. Her talents include Deep tissue massage, Relaxation and Therapeutic massage.
 

Charlotte Johnson -Licensed Nail Technician, Missouri State Board of Cosmetology

Charlotte believes that grooming and nail care are an essential indulgence to healthy hands and feet. She strives to deliver an extraordinary experience to each customer by providing a constant high quality service in a hygienic environment that is warm, inviting, relaxing and enjoyable. Charlotte is a licensed nail technician with the with Missouri State Board of Cosmetology.


 

Elle Feldman- Licensed Esthetician -

Elle is a professionally trained esthetician dedicated to providing unique skin care services that enhance clients’ sense of well-being. Elle created Lavare Face & Body to help individuals attain, maintain and enhance the health, condition and appearance of their skin through regular skin and body treatments, skin care regimen and nutrition.

 

Brittany Thomas-Spa Manager -

Brittany comes with a very qualified background which will benefit Zen 3's clientele in many areas. She has a BA Degree in Communication Studies with emphasis in Public and Interpersonal Communications. She has a genuine passion for the health benefits of massage for the mind, body and soul, and she is excited to help enhance our client's experience of health and wellness during their visit to Zen3. She brings first class customer service and is eager to assist in event planning for your next spa party.
